  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Perfumes once opened or used are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products due to customer handling.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

🧾 Refund Process

  1. Email us at info@carfumes.net with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged).

  2. Once approved, return the product to the given address.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, card, Easypaisa, JazzCash).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
