Free delivery is available for orders over 3000. The free delivery is only available to orders shipping to England, Scotland and Wale.
RETURNS
We hope that you love your new purchase, in the rare instance that you do have any concerns, then please do let us know straight away by emailing enquiries@carfume.co.uk
Remember to include your order number and any photos.
Please note we do not accept any returns on discounted or sale items.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of purchase, providing they are within their original packaging and your Carfume has not been opened.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, however we may offer a discretionary refund on your postage, once the goods have been received safely and inspected.
Items can only be returned for a credit note, not a refund.
